Methodical instructions

The entrance exam in chemistry for Medical University – Sofia is written type exam. The exam includes:

TEST: based on 15 test questions including:

• 10 closed type test questions with multiple choices. The applicant should indicate the correct answer, which is only one of four options;
• 2 matching type questions. The applicant is asked to pair items in one column to items in another column.
• 2 true or false questions. The applicant is asked to respond from two-choice answers for a statement that is either correct or incorrect.
• 1 fill in the blanks question. The applicant should provide the missing word or words in a phrase, sentence, or paragraph with a blank space.

During the examination shall be permitted to use the Periodic system of elements, Table of solubility of the compounds and Electroaffinity rows of the elements and their ions.

 Each applicant should bring for the exam his/hers own table.

The total duration of the exam is 2 hours.

Dear students,
in order for you to successfully finish your preparatory course in English – part Inorganic chemistry, you have to send to assoc.prof. Maya Georgieva, at e-mail: georgm@mail.bg the two tasks presented below. The due date for Task 1 is Friday 29.05.2020 and the due date for Task 2 is Monday 01.06.2020.

Please keep it in mind and send your tasks at least by Monday.
